Return Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, it is not possible to return or exchange purchased products at Dressed BY FC. Once a product has left our warehouse and has been delivered to the customer, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:

We will only consider a return or replacement in the following cases:

  • Incorrectly delivered product: If a shipping error has occurred and you have received a different product than the one you ordered.
  • Damaged or defective product: If the product is found to be damaged or defective upon arrival.

If you wish to report one of the above exceptions, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@dressedbyfc.com. Kindly provide clear photos of the product and packaging to ensure a prompt and proper resolution.
